While most cryptocurrency markets continue to fluctuate wildly, BitMex co-founder Arthur Hayes insists the next bull run is imminent. Since the last BTC halving, most cryptocurrencies continue to fluctuate. While some investors firmly believe in a imminent bitcoin rebound, others continue to falter. So, when is the right time to invest in cryptocurrencies this year?
This question was answered by cryptography expert Arthur Hayes, co-founder of BitMex, in a recent interview. In his speech, Arthur Hayes addressed all the “people who have extra currency and liquidity and want to put it towards cryptocurrencies.” For him, the best time to accumulate cryptocurrencies is now. The expert then lists the key factors that, in his opinion, could trigger the next bullish phase of the market.
The factors that will trigger the next rise in cryptocurrencies
The BitMex co-founder noted that several macroeconomic factors will trigger an imminent price increase. He is referring in particular to US monetary expansion policies which have historically triggered increases in cryptocurrency markets. According to the expert, “the world’s major economies will print even more money, let’s say, in the next 18-24 months.”
Arthur Hayes believes that the upcoming US presidential election will act as a catalyst for the financial market. According to him, it is likely that financial authorities will ease monetary policies to favor the re-election of President Joe Biden.
He thinks they might be pushed to “print money, borrow it and distribute it to the people in various forms,” because they control the government’s finances. A good portion of this money could end up in cryptocurrencies for speculative purposes.
So, if the cryptocurrency market is currently fluctuating, the next bullish phase should begin in the coming months, more precisely in the summer. Arthur Hayes argues that it is now, during the period of price consolidation, that you should accumulate cryptocurrencies.
