Atom Bank extends Iress MSO for five years
Irresistible AND Atomic bank today announced that they have signed a new five-year agreement for Iress MSO software, which will be delivered as a cloud-based managed service.
Atom Bank has been an Iress MSO client since 2016. As the original seed client, Atom Bank has helped shape the Iress MSO product offering since its inception.
MSO provides Atom Bank with sales and origination capabilities that enable streamlined processing and workflow-based automation, from scanning and attachment at the point of sale to automated offer production, reducing offer times for brokers and their customers and providing a consistent and transparent mortgage origination process.
Iress MSO CEO Andrew Simon said: “We are delighted that Atom Bank has chosen to continue our partnership for another five years. Iress is committed to helping Atom Bank push the boundaries of what is possible in the mortgage industry and we are proud to be part of the reason they have won Best Online Mortgage Lender at the What Mortgage Awards for six years in a row. We are excited to see what innovations the next five years will bring.”
Atom Bank’s commercial director, Chris Storey, said: “Our digital mortgage process now allows us to process more than one in four mortgage applications on the same day and provides an overall proposition that delivers on our vision of speed, simplicity and value for money for customers.
“During our time as an MSO client, we are particularly pleased to have won the ‘Best Online Mortgage Lender’ award at the What Mortgage Awards for six years running. Iress has been a key partner for us since we launched our mortgage offering, so we are delighted to continue this successful relationship.
“We are pushing the boundaries of how we use technology to accelerate outdated mortgage application processes, resulting in faster decisions for brokers and their clients. We are already well ahead of most traditional lenders when it comes to speed of offering and we are not done yet, so it is fantastic to have Iress on board for this ongoing journey.”
