Corpay, Inc., a global payments company agency, has announced its latest expansion of its cross-border operations with the opening of a new office in Auckland, New Zealand. This strengthens the company’s position in the payments industry and strengthens its presence in the Asia-Pacific region.
The expansion aims to offer more localized support to customers in the region and provide innovative solutions solutions tailored to the local market
“Our decision to establish a presence in New Zealand underlines our commitment to prioritizing the evolving needs of our current and future customers,” he said David Britten, managing director, APAC, Corpay Cross-Border Solutions. “While we may not be the first player in the New Zealand market, our years of experience working with our clients in Australia allows us to provide bespoke services suited to their needs. We recognize a profound synergy between these two nations.”
The New Zealand office will provide clients with access to the full product suite of Corpay’s cross-border business, including global payments and, for wholesale clients, currency risk management solutions.
As part of its strategic expansion, Corpay is actively seeking the best local talent and experienced professionals to strengthen its team in New Zealand.
“We see huge potential in New Zealand and are excited to bring our industry-leading services to organizations in the region,” said Mark Frey, president of Corpay Cross-Border Solutions Group. “We have always worked closely with our customers to ensure they are engaged in the products and solutions we make and we look forward to learning more about the New Zealand market in the coming months. With local talent joining our new office, we are confident that we can build a diverse and dynamic workforce capable of offering our customers best-in-class products, while contributing to Corpay’s future growth.
