Indonesian Digibank Jenius will offer gamified banking services
PT Bank’s flagship digital bank BTPN, Geniuscollaborated with Perx Technologiesa SaaS lifestyle marketing platform provider, to enhance its customer engagement strategy.
By integrating the Perx Loyalty Engagement platform, Jenius plans to introduce gamification and instant rewards into everyday banking operations, with the aim of making financial management more enjoyable for users.
The platform will offer various rewarding experiences, personalized loyalty programs and gamified savings goals, encouraging positive financial behaviors such as saving and managing spending habits.
