Sezzle Expands Payment Streaks Program to Canadian Users
Limited liability company (NASDAQ: SEZL) (Sezzle or Company) // – Sezzle, Canada’s most popular Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) provider, is pleased to announce that its innovative Payment Streaks feature is now available to Canadian users. Following its successful launch among US consumers, we are excited to bring this feature to Canada, rewarding Sezzle users for making on-time payments, promoting financial responsibility and improving the overall customer experience.
This program empowers Sezzle users by introducing a gamification approach to responsible payment behaviors. Every payment made correctly on or before the scheduled due date contributes to the user’s payment streak. As users accumulate on-time payment streaks within a rolling 90-day window, they qualify for advancement to higher loyalty tiers.

Key Features of Payment Series:
- Series Accumulation: Each eligible payment (including down payment or installment) that is properly paid on or before the originally scheduled due date will count as one (1) “series.”
- Level Advancement: Users can advance to the next loyalty tier after reaching the required number of streaks within the 90-day rolling window.
- Storage Flexibility: Failed payments sometimes happen. Users can resolve non-payment within the same day to maintain their existing loyalty level.
Some payments, such as failed, resolved, rescheduled, or refunded or canceled orders, do not qualify for payment series. Payments charged back by banks and long-term financing payments are also excluded.

Payment Streaks is now accessible to both US and Canadian (except Quebec) shoppers via the Sezzle mobile app. New users are automatically enrolled in Sezzle’s Loyalty Tiers program when they create a Sezzle account or use Sezzle services.
