SmartStream Response to Global Outage Incident

Smart flowFinancial solutions provider Transaction Lifecycle Management (TLM®), has published its response to the recent global disruption incident caused by CrowdStrike and Microsoft.

“We are experiencing degradation on some of our Windows-based devices and therefore users. We believe, as widely reported, this is related to the changes made by CrowdStrike. Our team is actively working with them to resolve the issue and restore normal operations. The SmartStream support team is committed to resolving the issue quickly and actively working to ensure we continue to meet the needs of our customers and minimize any disruption.

Once the issue is resolved, we will request a full root cause analysis (RCA) and detailed remediation plan from CrowdStrike.

We appreciate your patience and understanding at this time.”
