Tenity welcomes Andrea Fritschi as its new Chief Investment Officer
Tenness is pleased to announce that Andrea Fritschi has joined its management team as the new Chief Investment Officer and Managing Partner, effective May 1, 2024. Andrea assumes the role of Maximilian Derpa.
Andrea brings with her over 20 years of extensive experience from her role managing private equity and venture capital investments at Swiss Re and BlackRock, as well as from the entrepreneurial skills acquired as a founder and CEO of startups.
His strong financial acumen and ability to thrive in both corporate and entrepreneurial environments will be critical as Tenity continues to expand its VC investment program into Fintech and Insurtech.

Andrea holds an MBA from IMD and furthered her executive education at INSEAD, ensuring a solid academic foundation that complements her practical industry experience. Her vision and leadership will be instrumental in driving Tenity’s strategic growth and innovation.
